  • Years 1-6 In Year Transfers

The Board of Governors, who are responsible for admissions to Trinity St Mary’s Primary School, admit 30 children into each class from Year 1-6.

Prospective parents should contact the school office, directly and speak to Debbie Bennett, to obtain further information and application procedures in order to make an application for an in year place at the school.

Parents must also contact Wandsworth Local Authority and submit a form outlining the reasons that they wish to move schools. Parents are also requested that they notify their child's current school of their wish to transfer. The local authority will then contact the school.

    Appeals Timeline

At TSM parents / carers, who are not offered a place for their child, have the right to appeal to an independent appeals panel. Parents wishing to appeal should obtain an appeal form from the school and send it to reach the Clerk to the Appeal panel, c/o: John.Winnifrith@richmondandwandsworth.gov.uk,  within 21 school days of the date of the letter confirming the governors’ decision not to offer a place.

The school will ensure that those making an appeal receive at least 10 school days’ notice of their appeal hearing and ensure that any decision letters are sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever feasible.

Should some appeals be unsuccessful, the governing body will not consider further applications from those parents within the same academic year unless there have been significant and material changes in their circumstances.
